Recent activity filter

You can view a user’s recent activity from the ReachFive Console. To help alleviate long lists of activity or if you simply want to have certain activities grouped together, you can create a filter.

Create a filter

  1. Go to Profiles  Recent activity filters in your ReachFive Console.

  2. Click New filter or edit an existing one by clicking Edit under the Actions column.

  3. In the dialog:

    1. Give the filter a meaningful Name.

    2. Add a Description for the filter.

    3. Select the User events that you want to include in the filter.

    4. Don’t forget to Save your input.

Apply a filter

To apply a recent activity filter:

  1. Go to Profiles  Profiles.

  2. Select the user profile to which you want to apply the filter.

  3. Click Filters.

  4. Choose a predefined Recent activity filter.

  5. optional Choose the date range for the filter from the date pickers.

  6. optional You can apply a bespoke filter (or add additional events):

    1. Select more User event types..

    2. Choose if you want to display the results in reverse chronological order (descending) or chronological order (ascending).

Set default filter

If you have multiple filters configured, you can choose the default filter.

  1. Go to Profiles  Recent activity filters in your ReachFive Console.

  2. Go to your desired filter.

  3. Under the Actions column, click the ellipsis (three dots).

    1. Click Set as default.
