On-demand scaling
Our On-demand scaling feature lets you temporarily scale our authentication infrastructure to handle increased login activity. It is particularly useful for those of you experiencing predictable traffic surges, such as product launches, seasonal sales, or marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted authentication for this higher volume of users.

When On-demand scaling is activated, you can schedule temporary scaling requests for a minimum duration of 24 hours. We optimise resource allocation while maintaining security and performance. Each request is logged for auditing purposes, and you can modify or cancel requests before execution. This feature gives you greater control and flexibility over authentication performance for your site, preventing slowdowns and improving the user experience during big events.
