Manage MFA credentials from console

This page walks you through the process of managing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials directly from the ReachFive Console. You can easily view, add, and remove user MFA credentials without relying on API calls or SDK integrations. Streamline your workflow and enhance security management with just a few clicks.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your ReachFive Console.

  2. Go to Analytics  Profiles.

  3. Click your desired user.

  4. Click the Actions button.

    1. Click Edit.

    2. Go to the MFA tab.

      In the MFA tab, you can remove existing MFA credentials and add email or SMS as an MFA credential.

  5. Don’t forget to Save your input.
