Connect with Okta

To use Okta to connect to the ReachFive Console, you should contact our Professional Services (PS) Team so they can configure your setup.

A dedicated ReachFive Console is required for this feature.

What we need to proceed

Currently, configuration to use Okta to connect to the ReachFive Console is handled by our own team. You must provide the following from your Okta application in order to proceed:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Okta domain

These are then mapped to the appropriate fields in the ReachFive Console.
