Active Users in Analytics

We are updating our Analytics module so that only those users authenticating with the ReachFive Identity API are counted as Active Users.

This announcement was made on the 10 February.
We expect to release these changes into production on approximately the 11 February.

Action

No action is required by customers.

Ensuring that actions made via the Management API are not counted in the Active Users category.
