Update to /user-events endpoint

This announcement was made on the 11 November 2022.
We expect to release these changes into production on approximately the 13 March 2023.
We are removing the ability to retrieve user events by filtering on profile attributes with the fields query parameter on the /user-events endpoint.
After release, the documentation will be updated to reflect the fields query parameter deprecation. Until that time, you may continue to use the query parameter on this endpoint.

Why did we do this?
Though you won’t be able to have as granular results with this endpoint after this update, the feature itself was seldomly used and it will help performance for deployments, particularly as part of an internal migration we are performing to improve the speed and reliability of the product for you, our customers.
